Pakistan has decided to exclude Test debutants Azhar Ali, Wahab Riaz and Umar Amin from the playing eleven amid match fixing suspicions.
In a special chat with SAMAA, Skipper Shahid Afridi said Wahab Riaz, Umar Amin and Azhar Ali cannot be included in the team in view of the prevailing circumstance.
Top UK bookmaker William Hill is offering up a very juicy promotion on today's big twenty20 fixture between England and Pakistan. It probably doesn't come as much surprise that they're doing this, considering all the controversy surrounding Pakistan's spot-fixing allegations centered around leaked information surrounding no balls.
William Hill is offering up odds of 10/1 if the first ball of England's innings is a no ball. The first ball of the match is favoured to be a dot ball, which trades at an even money price while runs off the bat (from a legitimate delivery) is trading at 11/8. A bye or a leg bye is listed at 7/1 while a wide is rewarding at 8/1. A wicket off the first delivery is trading at 10/1.
The odds for a no ball from Pakistan at any pint in the match are priced at 4/7. They are 5/4 to bowl no no balls.
The over/under on the fall of England's first wicket is set at 22.5 while Pakistan's is set at 20.5.
Pakistan will be looking to either Shahid Afridi or Umar Gul at 3/1. Saeed Ajmal is priced at 7/2 with Shaoib Akhtar listed at the same price.
Ravi Bopara and Craig Kieswetter are the favourites for top English batsmen betting with both players at 7/2 odds. Eoin Morgan is a great selection at 4/1 with Paul Collingwood and Steven Davies both listed at 9/2. Stuart Broad is 40/1 to be the top English batsmen.
